Lithology and Thickness
Ca. 180 m of Calcareous monotonous grey compact clay with interbeds and lentils of marls. In the upper half of the section are inclusions of gypsum (crystals, small concretions).

Lower contact
Overlies the Ashutas Fm with a very gradual contact.
Upper contact
Unconformably overlain by the Pavlodar Fm. Contact is sharp.
